Shipping policy

Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and the delivery address. Review the available shipping methods and total before paying.

Products are shipped directly by our suppliers. Wicked Cushions currently reports typical dispatch within one business day. This is an estimate of when an order leaves the supplier; it is not a delivery estimate. Processing may take longer during holidays, busy periods, or inventory disruptions.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. Review any delivery estimate displayed at checkout. Express shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery unless that service and delivery commitment are specifically shown.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact chaos13.sn@gmail.com promptly if a correction is needed or if an order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped items for a refund.
